Who Do I Contact for Support?

Support is provided by the managed account department. Customers who have questions about their accounts, issues with funding or withdrawals, etc., need to contact us via email, live chat, or phone. Please revert to our contact page for more information.

A lot of the questions existing and potential investors may have are probably already answered in our extensive Q&A section. Please first access that section to see if an answer to your question already exists.

Please note that although we will always do our best to help you with your queries, some customers become obsessed with the daily, normal movements in their account balance and call us on a continuous basis to discuss that. We will not handhold customers on a ongoing basis that demand this type of support. Every investment has risk and is subject to the normal volatility of the market. Managed accounts will fluctuate up and down every day and sometimes on a minute-by-minute basis because of this. There are times when the accounts will also go through drawdown periods, as expalined in this section. If a customer cannot stomach normal market fluctuations, they should not be invested in Managed Forex in the first place. No matter how much support we provide these types of customers, their psychological makeup will always govern their behavior.
