FX Trader Important Characteristics

Talented Day Traders - We are looking for quality "day traders;" not position or swing traders. Even though the forex market is open from Sunday to Friday, we want to eliminate the risk of carrying a position from one day to the next (especially from Friday to Sunday). While holding a position for a short period of time does not eliminate the risk of sustaining a significant loss due to unexpected events, it does reduce this possibility significantly.

Talent over Experience - We don't care about how much assets do you now have under management, how many degrees you hang on your wall, or how many million years of experience you have. We have ways of determining how talented you are without waiting a million years to find out.
